Supervision

Board-approved supervision for psychologists with provisional or full registration, as well as counsellors and other psychotherapists. Offered in a collaborative, reflective and affirming space that supports professional growth, clinical confidence and authentic practice.

Marta’s supervision style is thoughtful, compassionate and grounded in evidence-based practice. Offering a space that supports clinicians to reflect deeply on their work, strengthen formulation and intervention skills, navigate complexity in client presentations, and develop a way of practising that is ethical, sustainable and authentic.

Marta’s approach is affirming of neurodiversity and LGBTQIASB+ identities. She welcomes supervisees who are seeking a reflective space to deepen their practice, build confidence in working with neurodivergent clients, trauma, identity, burnout, and complex presentations, or to explore how to work in a way that feels aligned with their values.

Supervision may include support with case formulation, therapeutic process, interventions, ethical decision-making, boundaries, self-reflection, professional growth, and the development of a confident and authentic clinical style.

Supervision is tailored to the professional and developmental needs and goals of each supervisee. Supporting provisional psychologists working towards general registration as well as, fully registered psychologists, counsellors and psychotherapists wanting to develop specific skills.

Marta’s work in supervision is collaborative, creating a reflective space that supports learning, professional development and meaningful, sustainable practice.
